Jameson Hsu is a co-founder of Mochi Media and a connoisseur of mochi. Prior to founding Mochi Media, Jameson co-founded the award winning interactive design firm WDDG. Jameson has spent the past seven years working with Flash developers, software engineers, advertising agencies, and Fortune 500 clients to develop innovative marketing and communication solutions.
Bob Ippolito
Bob Ippolito is a co-founder of Mochi Media. Prior to Mochi Media, he spent a few years, mostly off-web, developing embedded applications and custom software for ginormous megacorps. In what should be his spare time he works on open source software such as MochiKit and Python.
Ryan Nichols
Ryan Nichols is the Mochi Media Creative Director. He has been designing and developing websites for nearly seven years. Ryan's focus is on developing usable and useful sites. His past experiences include both design and application development giving him a unique understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of sites applications.

CSS/XHTML DESIGNER
Brief: Build well formed and valid CSS/XHTML code, design and layout new content, pimp your skills on all of the Mochi Media properties.
Description: Apply your love of structured design and usability to develop new Mochi Media sites as well as maintain existing ones. You'll be taking the lead on developing new content with a mix of CSS, XHTML, and JavaScript. Having a bit of Flash and PHP or Python experience is preferred, but not necessary. VISUAL/USER INTERFACE DESIGNER
Brief: Provide interface and visual design support on all of Mochi Media properties, applications and internal tools.
Description: You will be responsible for the visual design of all of our online applications and websites, and for ensuring each new feature is clean, well designed, and matches the application branding. Our branding is quirky and fun - intended to appeal to casual game developers and people in the online entertainment industry. You will support engineers, product managers, and other designers in building world-class products. Ideal candidates should have a body of work with a mix of online interfaces, websites, and online branding. Their work should show clean typography, good use of whitespace, skill in making an interface easy to understand, and an ability to provide consistent and unique branding to an application. Candidates should also be able to code HTML & CSS and display an intermediate to expert level knowledge of standards based markup. This position is a blend of technical understanding, creativity, and an intuitive sense of usability.
We are looking for an experienced designer who has the ability to be creative and take ideas from concept to execution. You must have proven design experience working on UI, and work well in both a team environment and individually. Strongly desired is the ability to code HTML & CSS and someone with an artistic ability in both illustration and sketching. Extra points for gamers and resistance to lightning and/or frost elementals (+12 or greater).

Description: Work with our top notch team on MochiBot, MochiAds and our other properties building out highly scalable web apps at a rapid pace.
Software Engineering experience: the ability to develop and build scalable web applications a must. FLASH DEVELOPER
Brief: Make fun and useful Flash applications, experiment with new Flash technologies and invent ways to utilize Flash in simplifying daily tasks.
Description: Design and develop Flash applications to enhance the Mochi Media properties. Become active in contributing to the Flash community by teaching and sharing your skills. Interface with other engineering staff to develop appropriate APIs and protocols. Most importantly experiment with ActionScript and develop new ways to help make building Flash content easier and more enjoyable.

Brief: Develop a cool plug-in to help publishers access our games.
Description: We are looking for a PHP Developer who will be responsible for developing plug-ins for Mochi Media’s publisher tools that will work with Arcade scripts. The plug-ins will import games from an XML feed and insert into Arcade database. Plug-ins will work with 5 to 6 different Arcade scripts. Candidate must provide code samples of various PHP classes that they have developed.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Brief: Create, implement and oversee marketing programs to promote Mochi Media and its products, including public relations and events.
Description: You will be in charge of developing and maintaining marketing collateral including brochures, data sheets, white papers and advertising/business development collateral, as well as planning, executing and managing all trade shows and conferences. You’ll work with our design team to design and manage our company website, and communicate product and marketing information to business partners. You will manage and maintain a relationship with our PR firm and other vendors, and test and run measurable interactive advertising campaigns in support of business user acquisition goals. Finally, you will work with cross-functional teams to track marketing metrics and results of outbound marketing efforts. ADVERTISING PRODUCT MANAGER
Brief: Mochi Media is looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, planning, and execution of our advertising platform.
Description: Drive the collective vision for our ad platform and ad formats. You will manage product roadmaps and prioritize new features and projects. Work with engineering and design teams to direct prioritization of work and maintain a high level of quality in the user experience. You will be responsible for driving research and insight into advertiser needs to ensure products meets user expectations.
The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical knowledge, advertising industry experience, and creative thinking to produce world class online software. The product manager should be able to synthesize information from users, industry trends, competitors, business needs, and intuition to make key decisions in how our products should continually evolve. You muse have a strong sense of user experience and be able to guide engineering and design teams in developing product features. The ability to analyse the competitive landscape, research and gather user needs, and stay current on industry trends. You must be a creative thinker - able to design innovative solutions to challenging business or user needs. The ability to produce PRDs, wireframes, flows, and other documents needed to communicate product requirements is a must. AD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Brief: Work closely with our direct sales and sales project management groups to manage all sales operations.
Description: You will manage all operational tasks related to campaign insertion order acceptance, ad trafficking, impression delivery reporting and analysis, and monthly web site traffic reporting and analysis across our network of web sites. You will track and manage online advertising campaigns (getting creative and campaign requirements, setting up campaigns, uploading creatives, etc.). You will implement optimization efforts throughout a campaign, provide sales with regular reporting and ensure campaign full delivery. In addition, you will manage our partner Ad Networks for fill on inventory not sold through the Direct Sales Team.
A BA/BSc degree is required as well as 3-5 years of experience in Ad Operations. You must be detail oriented with a strong quantitative background (solid MS Excel skills), organized, and able to multi-task. You must have a comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics: conversions, CPM’s, CPA’s, etc as well as a proven record of successful client interaction.
